Description

I've kept my New Year's resolution ... so far! The first episode of Season 6 comes to you on this last day of January, 2026, and it is all about my distant cousins, the Wetton, whom I have been studying while taking a break from my PALS application.

Annie Attwood Wetton was the brother-in-law of my paternal grandmother's great-grandfather. She married her first cousin, Charles Wetton, and moved with their two young children to Elizabeth New Jersey back in the 1870s. Charles had parents and siblings in Elizabeth, and I've attempted this month to trace their descendants, an effort which is of course ongoing. Among them you'll find a banker, a doctor, an engineers, a couple steamboat captains, a radio talk show host, and a vaudeville musician. Come join us!
